Our Panel:
Miriam Koenig is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist here in Los Angeles specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy. Among her areas of expertise are depression and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief counseling, issues related to chronic illness and parenting strategies.
Stacy Kesten, UCLA Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, has practiced meditation for 8 years and has extensive personal and professional training in mindfulness. She is an authorized UCLA MAPs teacher and she also specializes in mindful creativity, mindful improvisation, and mindful self-compassion.
Hope Phillips is an associate Marriage and Family Therapist here in Los Angeles. A certified Level Two Restoration Therapist, she uses a combination of different evidence-based theories and practices such as Attachment Theory, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
