Solo Art Show by Erin R Wolf

Finding one’s voice as an artist is often tied to place, at times initiating a move to a new landscape. Erin Wolf was trained as an artist in Massachusetts but moved west in search of new opportunities and experiences. Her move to Los Angeles marked a significant turning point in her life, both personally and artistically. From the moment she arrived, she was captivated by the majestic mountains and vast terrain. Her artwork became the landing place for new inspiration, personal growth, and new perspectives. She found celebration through the region’s stunning scenery by simplifying and abstracting it into clean shapes, organic lines, and color. For Ms. Wolf, warm and vibrant hues evoke a sense of home.

That sense of home is often shaped within community, whether it be over countless cups of coffee among friends or in the temporary dwelling of a dorm room. We were created to live in relationships, enhanced by the vistas that surround us. We ask ourselves: where is my place of growth? Where can I go to explore more?
